We provide super DLC (hydrogen-free ta-C film), Micc film, and various metal films using the FCVA method.
FCVA (Filtered Cathodic Vacuum Arc) provides high-quality coatings that are on a different level compared to existing methods such as PVD and CVD. Additionally, since no heating is required during the film formation process, deformation of the substrate does not occur, allowing for coatings on resin components as well.
